Link on pathauto admin page to Redirect module settings doesn't go to settings page

The Pathauto admin page at ./admin/config/search/path/settings has form description text that references the Redirect module if enabled and contains a link to the 'Redirect module settings' page. This link currently points to the main Redirect module page where one can see existing redirects or add new redirects. The actual Redirect module settings page is at ./admin/config/search/redirect/settings. Patch simply updates the URL in the description to go directly to the settings page as the link title suggests.
