Finally following up on mpotter's comment from 6 months ago :) #2693831-15: Revert all features in D8

We need to import features from only select bundles. Our project is built on Lightning, and we want to be able to import just our custom bundle config without also importing Lightning's config.

I'll submit a patch to add this functionality.

Queuing some more tests to see if anything changed recently in core 8.2 or 8.3 since this was a clean patch previously.

Oh blah, sorry about that. Of course it no longer applies because the patch was committed! Sorry for messing up this issue. The tests *were* passing and this patch is fine. I should have tested the testbot in a fresh issue.
