First release of the new 7.x-3.x branch that includes the following changes:

* Improved user experience

Deploy 7.x-3.x requires PHP 5.5 or later.

This release fixes a XSS vulnerability in the deploy_ui sub module caused by the module not sanitising output in the plan empty confirmation message. This vulnerability can only be exploited by users with the Administer Deployments permission and only impacts users with that permission who empty a plan created by a malicious user.

• Updating the Deploy service to create the source and target from a UrlInterface object instead of a EndpointInterface object for greater flexibility.

IMPORTANT: There won't be an upgrade path between alpha releases. APIs will change, especially in dependencies of this module.
