#1450258: Enable the download of refspec. was recently added to drush core. Not sure what we should do about it. Maybe just continue to disallow it. ;) But, I suspect someone's going to come knocking and want this to be allowed in drupal-org.make files. I don't know exactly what we should do, but I wanted to open an issue about it so we don't forget.
