Adding a Service Account Role

Because password details for the service_account user are stored as text in the database, it is best to limit the exposure by confining this account as much as possible. A Service Account role should have the same permissions as the Anonymous role, with the addition of "Create new content" for API Post Transaction.

This role should be setup first, before adding the service_account User. You can then assign the role during the User setup process. (next step)
