Block settings are not applied when entityform is cloned

I'm not sure they should be cloned. What if you don't want the block to be enabled for a cloned node?

It's not when you clone a node. It's when you clone the entityform. All settings of the entityform are expected to be copied.

Still not sure it's ideal for blocks. Let's wait for some more input.
