Join efforts / merge with content moderation

Hello,

after i used this module for some time, i decided to completely reimplement it.

Important changes are:
- custom workflows for approval possible (states and transitions)
- history for workflow process
- Approve specific revisions
- content-type and state based permissions to have different roles moderating different content types
- views integration

Finally i would like you to ask if we could join the efforts and merge revision_moderation to content_moderation. I think content_moderation covers all features, so we maybe only need to have a migration path.

This way we could ensure a more alive module which is even more feature-rich and well maintained.

Just let me know if you are interested or maybe have other ideas.
