After the security Update of 03. July 2018 Version Universally Unique IDentifier 7.x-1.0 to Version Universally Unique IDentifier 7.x-1.1, the option UUID in the feeds-importer-module is missing.
This causes a PHP-Error.

Does anybody know, how to fix this ?

Pretty easy to fix.
In the new release auf UUID the feeds plugin is missing.

Copying the feeds plugin from the "old" release fixes the problem. The uuid-Field is back in the list of the target fields.

I was surprised that I could not find the UUID in the list of fields to be mapped to in feeds. I searched through "old" releases of UUID, but could not find anything related to the Feeds module. Could someone clarify which release and what files are needed to enable UUID in Feeds?

I am currently using uuid 7.x-1.2

I thought that UUID would be mandatory for effectively using Feeds to import / update content.
I am surprised it does not even support it.
