Custom 4XX Pages

This module aims to provide site builders with an interface that can configure what the content of a 4xx page should be shown for a given path. This means 403 - Access Denied, 404 - Not Found, and 401 - Not Authorized. For example, say you wanted to have a special "Access Denied" page for any path that is `/members/*`, and you could build a node page that provides membership information and how to gain access to this path or this content, rather than just "Access Denied".
